Overhaul of 344 Vehicles in an ongoing contract.
Work carried out
Days on works 20 working days, warranty 12 months for all, but corrosion repairs and exterior spraying which are 60 months, LD’s set at the contract rate.
Class 319 consisted of
- A C6 body overhaul, including door overhauls,
- Exterior spray painting and the correction of any corrosion found,
- PRM modifications included new compliant toilet module, CET and PIS system
The design for this project was provided by Porterbrook via CH2M, procurement, installation and testing are Gemini Rail Services’ responsibility.
